Sales Agent
We are looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Agent to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated real estate professional ready to take the next step in their career and grow into a stand-alone agent within a high-performing, supportive environment.
About the Role
Working closely with an experienced senior agent across a portfolio of premium residential properties, you will be hands-on across all aspects of the sales process — from prospecting and appraisals through to settlement. Your day-to-day will include:
- Managing listings, daily prospecting, and database management
- Following up buyer enquiries and nurturing strong client relationships
- Assisting with appraisals, listing presentations, and vendor meetings
- Coordinating open homes, private inspections, and buyer appointments
- Managing buyer feedback and campaign communications
About You
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in real estate sales
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence
- Deep, established knowledge of the Sydney Eastern Suburbs (essential)
- Exceptionally organised with outstanding communication skills
- Professional presentation and strong attention to detail
- Highly motivated, resilient, and committed to delivering results
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
